How do I know which package is right for my business?

We recommend the Startup IT Package for budget conscious startup and support needs, while the Pro and Advanced CyberSecurity Packages are tailored for organizations with heightened cybersecurity needs, compliance and greater reputational risk protection. Our Additional / Enterprise Features offer fully customizable support for complex requirements, assessments and specific compliance platform needs. Can I switch plans as my business grows?

Yes, you can easily upgrade or adjust your plan as your business needs evolve. Our flexible structure allows you to scale services up or down, ensuring you always have the right level of support.

Is there a minimum contract term?

There is no minimum contract term – we offer both fixed and hourly pricing options with no long-term contracts, allowing you, the customer, to choose the level of commitment that fits your business best. We are one of the few IT/MSP companies to remain independently owned and operated, and therefore we do not require any Private Equity debt based financing, and we do not require long term MSP plans. Our goal is to create long term value and a lasting relationship as your partner.

How is pricing calculated for each plan?

Pricing is based on a per-device rate for each monthly support package. The cost is straightforward, with no hidden fees, so you can easily budget for IT support as your team grows. Supported server, and other shared physical network attached devices are priced at $100/month. When it comes to securing your business, you should try to choose the plan that correlates with your risk profile – we can help discuss which plan is right for your company. Please note: we have a 10 device minimum on any 24×7 support plan.

What kind of support does BITS provide for remote teams?

We offer comprehensive remote support, including real-time monitoring, remote provisioning, helpdesk services, and system health reports, to keep your remote team productive and secure wherever they are.

How does BITS handle data security and recovery?

Our packages include cloud backup, advanced threat detection, server and custom data recovery services to protect critical information and quickly restore data in the event of an incident. We have advanced data backup methodologies available for any scenario.
